Our services include:
- Primary eye care for all ages: Routine comprehensive eye exams that evaluate vision and eye health
- Detection and prescription for vision-related problems: Treatment for nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, reading difficulties, headaches, focus issues, eye movements, and contact lenses
- Monitoring of eye health problems and ocular complications due to general health issues: Treatment for retinopathy from diabetes or hypertension, retinal vascular changes from high cholesterol, and complications from conditions such as stroke, arthritis, and thyroid disease
- Pediatric/special needs populations: Comprehensive eye exams for newborn infants to adolescents; customized exams sensitive to the needs of special populations including those with developmental disabilities. The American Optometric Association (AOA) recommends that all children have a comprehensive eye exam with an eye doctor at age 6 months, 3 years, and age 5 years.
- Low vision rehabilitation: Treatment to help patients with impaired vision maximize their remaining sight and adapt to daily life
- Vision therapy: Non-surgical treatments designed to improve visual skills and eye coordination
- Neuro-optometric rehabilitation: For vision problems stemming from neurological conditions, such as traumatic brain injuries or stroke
- Diabetic eye disease: Eye problems caused by complications from diabetes, which can affect the blood vessels in the retina
- Ocular diseases: Conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and conjunctivitis/pink eye
- Specialty contact lenses: To address changing/enhancing eye color, concealing eye injuries, keratoconus, restoring/enhancing near/far/computer vision, high activity sports, enhancing peripheral vision compared to eyeglasses, vision therapy and ocular disease therapy, providing an alternative to laser surgical correction, substitution for thick eyeglasses, enhanced color contrast in color deficiencies and sports, special tints for light sensitivity and headaches.
- Myopia management: Treatment to slow the progression of nearsightedness (myopia) in children and young adults
